Vikram Savkar is Vice President and General Manager, Medicine Segment, for the Health Learning, Research & Practice business at Wolters Kluwer. In this capacity he leads product innovation to advance the digital evolution of information and productivity solutions for medical researchers, clinicians, medical students, and faculty. Savkar is a proven leader in transforming business lines to drive consistent revenue and profit growth through product innovation, targeted go-to-market and operational excellence. He has been with Wolters Kluwer for eight years, serving as General Manager for several businesses in the Legal & Regulatory division before joining the Health division in late 2019. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, he held senior positions at Nature Publishing Group and Pearson Education. He earned degrees in Physics and Classics from Harvard University, and lives with his family in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

James has worked in the Technical Support and Customer Engagement departments of Ovid since joining the company in 2008. Prior to his employment with Ovid James worked as a library technician with the University of Sydney libraries. James is now the Manager Customer Success (Asia-Pacific) for Wolters Kluwer, overseeing a team of Implementation and Training consultants based in India, China, Japan and ANZ. In addition James is actively consulting with customers across the region to optimise their Ovid implementation.
Session 3: Best Practices for Systematic Review Research – Advanced Searching and Results Management on Ovid

In this workshop, you will learn best practices for performing structured searches on the Ovid platform with appropriate sensitivity and specificity for Systematic Review research. The session will show how the new Term Finder and Search Sharing functionality can be used to develop search strategies and share them with collaborators. Databases covered include Medline, Emcare, Embase and PsycINFO.
Allan has worked for Wolters Kluwer for many years in customer support and training, currently he is supplying custom training in the AsiaPac region. He provides live sessions and online training (at the moment) and contributes to written and video training materials for customers and in-company use.

Anne Dabrow Woods is the Chief Nurse of Wolters Kluwer, Health Learning, Research & Practice, a global healthcare information company whose mission is to improve healthcare knowledge and outcomes. Dabrow Woods is responsible for the nursing strategy of the company.
Dabrow Woods is the publisher of the American Journal of Nursing, the nursing profession’s legacy and oldest publication. She has been a nurse for over 36 years and a nurse practitioner for over 22 years. She has extensive experience in critical care, office practice, and leadership and continues to practice as an acute care/critical care nurse practitioner for over 15 years at Penn Medicine, Chester County Hospital. For the last 6 years, she has also served as adjunct faculty in the graduate nursing program at Drexel University.
From her unique vantage point as a global nursing publisher, active nurse practitioner and faculty, she presents globally on many topics including clinical, workforce, evidence-based practice, and healthcare topics.

Change can be hard in normal life. In complex environments such as healthcare, it can be even more difficult. This presentation will discuss the importance of change and overview theories and practical techniques to develop understandings and strategies related to change management in healthcare.
A/Professor Zachary Munn is an advocate for evidence-based healthcare and for ensuring patients receive the best care possible based on the best available evidence. his main work is as a systematic review, evidence implementation and guideline development methodologist. He is the Director of the Transfer Science division of JBI, Director of the JBI Adelaide GRADE Centre, Vice-Chair of the Guidelines International Network and an NHMRC Investigator.
JBI is an evidence-based healthcare research institute working towards a vision of the world in which the best available evidence is used to inform decision making at the point of care globally. JBI hosts the JBI Collaboration, a network of 80 centres and groups with thousands of people contributing to this vision across the globe.

Session 3: Using evidence based tools in nursing education
Nursing faculty describe their experiences using evidence-based teaching tools in higher education. Highlighting Lippincott Procedures and Lippincott Advisor as examples of evidence-based material, along with the importance of partnership with library staff, and the benefits of online tools for remote learning.
