Paula is a certified professional coach and founder of Innerconnections, LLC. As an accomplished facilitator of leadership thought and transformational leadership practices, she works with leaders to enter into a deeper awareness of their impact on those they lead and helps prepare them for the changes they choose to make in their leadership. Paula spent 15 years in healthcare coaching nurse leaders and their clinical teams to strengthening their team performance. She holds a masters’ degree in organizational behavior and psychology and a certification in advanced coaching skills from the Coaches Training Institute. Her most recent professional designation is Core Practitioner in the body of work, “Conversational Intelligence,” the neuroscience and associated communication practices for building trust in individual and team relationships.
